DRYLINING ESTIMATOR

We have an opportunity for an experienced Drylining, Suspended Ceilings, and Plastering Estimator to join our team.

Competitive package offered to the right person. Responsibilities include:

  • Reading construction drawings and specifications
  • Take-off material quantities from drawings.
  • Compiling bills of quantities
  • Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Calculating costs for labour, plant and materials.
  • Preparation and submission of tenders
  • Maintaining records of up to date prices
  • Liaising with clients and visiting sites.
  • Business Generation
  • Using specialised software for preparation of tenders
  • Administration of all paperwork associated with estimating

SITE MANAGER

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Drylining Site Manager to join our team, previous experience in Drylining, Suspended Ceilings and Partitions is essential along with working on large scale projects.

Competitive package offered to the right person. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising the site activities
  • Ensuring the safety of operatives
  • Following the Quality Plan, SHEQ Manual and Site RAMS
  • Productivity/ organising of operatives
